Bulgarian time format issue

Description

Hello,

There is an issue in the Bulgarian time formats. I have an iPhone and noticed it after I received the latest update. Until yesterday I thought that this issue is from Apple when my brother received the latest version on his Android phone and guess what...the same issue appeared. The thing is that all time formats have a "ч." after the time. This is not wrong, but it's unnecessary and looks kinda annoying when it's displayed on my phone. The Bulgarian Academy of Science says:

1. When a certain time of day is indicated, the graphic abbreviation of the hour unit is written with a full stop: 12:48 ч.
2. When time information outside the context is stated, '''it is not necessary to write the word "hour" - shortened or not.'''

As I can see from the Survey Tool this issue exists in all Bulgarian Time formats ''(Formats - Standard - Time Formats; Formats - Flexible - 12 and 24 Hour Time Formats; Formats - Intervals - 12 and 24 Hour Time Formats)''. I attached a photo so you can see how it looks this on Android phone:
