Missing exemplar characters for zh-TW

Description

Missing characters that are needed for Emoji names/keywords.
When using these keywords, warnings are coming up as these are missing from exemplar characters.
Example of the warning, see: https://st.unicode.org/cldr-apps/v#/zh_Hant/People/7aec271333a7a101

  1. 跨: Use for mx claus, which is "跨性別".

  2. 燕: Use for man/women in tuxedo. The lower part of tuxedos looks like the tail of a swallow, and thus we call it "燕尾服".

  3. 哺: use for feeding baby emoji in translations"哺乳" "正在哺乳的媽媽" and "正在餵奶的爸爸".

  4. 嬰: use for feeding baby emoji keywords in 嬰兒.

  5. 餵:synonym for feeding baby and used in feeding baby emoji kepwords.

  6. 疊: used in left-pointing over right-pointing arrows symbol, which is 左右相疊箭頭

  7. 菱: used in lozenge symbol, which is 菱形

  8. 遞: used in increment and nabla symbols, which are "遞增" & "遞減" respectively.

All of these characters are in Big5, in TCA-CNA plane 1, and in Unicode IICore, suggesting that are all standard characters for zh_Hant. However the Unihan data base has a kFrequency (https://www.unicode.org/reports/tr38/index.html#kFrequency) of 5 for all of these, suggesting these are also not very common. So these should be added to the aux exemplars.
