It is often useful to find the paths that have a given value. You get a bug report that XX is wrong, but can't figure out where it is.
Ideal is if you can type the value in a box at the top of the survey tool (in a particular locale).
Eg, you are in https://st.unicode.org/cldr-apps/v#/de/Numbering_Systems/.
You see a search box and type in "Haussa"
If there are multiple items there could be two options:
Show a popup window with a list of (pretty) path headers and values:
Date & Time
Smileys & Emotion
And we could have a check box for partial match. (possibly others)
We can almost use the summary pages:
To find Haussa (a value) in the german locale
Search on page for “Haussa” control/command F
Click on the number in that row (eg 247)
In the address bar, pick up what is after #, eg https://unicode-org.github.io/cldr-staging/charts/37/summary/de.html#1bfed8354572ada7
Go to the german ST https://st.unicode.org/cldr-apps/v#/de/XXX/1bfed8354572ada7
The problem is the XXX. The link doesn't work unless you know the page title, eg /Languages_E_J/
If the URL was a bit more forgiving, so that the page could be absent, then the following could work:
(There might even be some magic URL construction that does work already)
Or we could even enable the raw path+
