cldr-json: add version numbers to package.json

  • (For linked ticket: drop _cldrVersion and _unicodeVersion that are right now on every single .json file

  • add cldrVersion and unicodeVersion to each package’s package.json

we might want to ‘add’ in 45 and then ‘drop’ in 46

the version field of package.json is already the package version, such as 44.1.0 or 45.0.0-ALPHA1 so the cldrVersion might not be needed. I’m going to add cldrVersion and unicodeVersion to exactly match what’s in supplemental data.

  • Can happen after data freeze; hard deadline for v45 is beta.
