missing languges and scripts

Description

Please note that "Central Morocco Tamazight" is a major dialect of Amazigh (which is supposed to have a unicode reference!); There is also Tarifit (Northern Morocco) and Tashelhiyt (or Tachelhit) of SOuthern Morocco. All three dialects have been written in Arabic script, Latin script and Tifinagh script. The latter is the official script of Amazigh, hence also of the three dialects, but in practice Latin and Arabic scripts are still in use.
