Finnish full date formats should use stand-alone versions of the weekday names.

Description

Deleted Component: other

Finnish date formats were recently improved, see

But apparently the “EEEE” in the formats, for example

gregorian
EEEE d. MMMM y

is still wrong. Instead the stand-alone form should be used,
i.e:

cccc d. MMMM y

“EEEE d. MMMM y” produces something like

“torstaina, heinäkuuta 01 2010”

whereas “cccc d. MMMM y” produces something like

“torstai 1. heinäkuuta 2010”

According to my Finnish colleagues, “torstaina” means something like
“On Thursday” which is wrong in this context.
