Erroneous hyphen in Dutch MMMd format

In Dutch, the Gregorian availableFormats item for MMMd has a hyphen but should not. In all other Dutch Gregorian date formats, hyphen is only used for the formats with numeric month. Here are all the relevant formats (the erroneous one is marked **):
