I do my search and turn out what i'm reporting before is a bit wrong.
Indonesia previously using Holland numbering system (long numbering system).
Hovewer, turn out our ministry mixed in some American based numbering system (short numbering system) some years ago.
This makes my report before obsolete as it still using old system.
Here the right numbering system for now (10 March 2014):
All my research above based on Official Indonesian Language Dictionary released by Indonesian goverment and some historical record.
