A significant number of people resident in Switzerland speak English, either as a primary or additional language.
Source: my own personal experience, but numbers are available from http://www.bfs.admin.ch/bfs/portal/en/index/themen/01/05/blank/key/sprachen.html
With several international financial institutions based in Switzerland, even more people use English at work.
When configuring software, it would be beneficial to be able to select a "en-CH" locale, in order that regional formats for dates, times etc. adopt the Swiss conventions but interfaces are presented in English.
What is the process to adopt "en-CH" as a supported locale in the Unicode CLDR?
