Please add Crimean Tatar languages (crh)
I support this request.
I'll add some details about the data, however.
In case the convoluted terminology on the linked page about the census is hard to understand, I'll try to explain it in simpler terms:
92% of Crimean Tatars in Ukraine speak the language of their nationality, i.e. Crimean Tatar.
At http://2001.ukrcensus.gov.ua/eng/results/general/nationality/ you can see that there are 248,200 Crimean Tatars.
At http://2001.ukrcensus.gov.ua/eng/results/general/estimate/ you can see that there were 48 million 457 thousand persons in Ukraine.
By this calculation, I get about 0.47% of speakers out of all Ukraine.
On http://www.unicode.org/cldr/charts/29/supplemental/territory_language_information.html I see that "Turkish" is listed at 0.4%. I cannot see Turkish at all on the census page. Maybe Crimean Tatar was confused with Turkish, but this is just a guess.
Added with the 248,200 population.
Note to bug reviewer: diff shows spurious diffs due to in/out from Excel. Specifically trailing extra decimal places and some double-quotes in strings.
