Transliteration of Japanese

Description

Relaying a feature request:

Yes, please transliterate "OH" not followed by a vowel, into "‚¨‚¤". Sometime
even "OH" followed by a vowel is used for "‚¨‚¤" or "‚¨‚¨", for example, "OHE"
is "‚¨‚¨‚¦", not "‚¨‚Ö",@"OHUCHI" is "‚¨‚¨‚¤‚¿", not "‚¨‚Ó‚¿".@
So, this does not cover 100 %, but more useful than now. Thank you.

Best regards,
