C++ 11: converting string literal to 'char *' is not allowed

Description

Similar to , clang complained about assigning a string literal to a variable of 'char *'.

1 2 3 4 source\common\putil.cpp(1831,33): error: ISO C++11 does not allow conversion from string literal to 'char *' [-Werror,-Wwritable- strings] gCorrectedPOSIXLocale = "en_US";

Either add an explicit cast or declare gCorrectedPOSIXLocale to be of 'char const*'.
