french era name for BC is wrong

Description

Using ICU Locale Explorer:

The BC era name for French in all French locales is "BC".
It is wrong, it should be "av. J.-C." (abbreviated from "avant Jésus-Christ")
The AD era name is correct.
In French, abbreviations "av. JC" and "ap. JC" are also in common use and
perfectly intelligible in the context of date formatting.
