Compilation error in tools/rbdump/read.c

Description

I get a compilation error in tools/rbdump/read.c when I try to compile ICU.
The problem is that errorName is defined as a macro, but in rbdump it is forward

declared in read.c as a function. Remove the line and it compiles.
