I’ll finish cleaning up the tickets, punting what is too late to do in the cycle and then start updating the release page based on the tickets which have been fixed (probably tomorrow afternoon).

Annemarie, just started a PR for the basic release page, and added the files.
You can add to it also if you have time. My next step is to summarize the DTD and data changes:

(The languages I spot check for types of changes).
Next would be looking at 47 tickets that are Done, Review*, or have real PRs to summarize those. If you have time you could start on those.
