SLE and VED not returned from ucurr_openISOCurrencies()

Description

“SLE” and “VED” are two new currency codes added in CLDR 41. They are missing in the gCurrencyList array and are therefore not returned from ucurr_openISOCurrencies().

Thanks for the ticket! This is resolved in https://github.com/unicode-org/icu/pull/2211, as part of the CLDR release-42-beta2 integration under the ICU 72 BRS ticket.

But ucurr_openISOCurrencies has an option to filter on various currency types and some options include non legal tender codes.

They are not legal tender codes.
