Description
In current ICU, the medium style is being used for combining date and times from the relative date formatting, but some developers would like to be able to choose other sizes even if, for now, these combining styles are almost identical.

Yes I think so, it should choose the style based on the length of the date part, and based on the month pattern if the date is not a standard date format.
